40 L Pneumatic Press with air Bladder and S/Steel basket

This is the biggest available pneumatic press in Grifo’s range. Made for the cold pressing of fruits like grapes, apples, pomegranates and berries, but also suitable for some vegetables, it allows to easily and quickly obtain must, ciders, and more.
This press can process 40 Lt of product, with a 25 Lt air compressor with an operating pressure of 3 bar. Effortlessly, the air fills a natural and foof grade rubber sheet, which swells and presses the fruit against the wall, keeping all the nutritional, antioxidants and physical properties intact.

The cage is entirely made of stainless steel, while the lid and the base are made of strong aluminum. The pressure set is kept in check by a safety valve calibrated to 3 bar.
