The SP3EL is extremely simple and handy, made with detachable components to make it easy to wash, even in the dishwasher. The body is made of cast iron suitable for food contact. The funnel and the chute are made of nylon, which is light but resistant. The filter cone is in AISI 304 stainless-steel while the squeezing propeller is in nylon, suitable for food contact and anti-friction (not subject to corrosion).
The functionality, sturdiness and durability of the machine are guaranteed by the epicyclic reducer coated in grease, which multiplies the force of the engine like no other product on the market can.
The SP3EL is multifunctional: with the kits we sell separately, it can turn into a meat mincer.
