An Australian made hosetail in 316 stainless steel, 38mm triclover on one end to a 38mm outside diameter barb on the other. It takes a triclover port straight onto hose without a stack of adapters in between.

Sold as a single piece. If you need to check the barb against the bore of your hose, we can measure the one on the shelf.
