A 20 litre American oak barrel, previously used for one to two years of Tasmanian whiskey. It is a secondhand barrel, so expect the staining, aroma and cosmetic marks that come with a cask that has already done real work. Character carried over from the whiskey will influence whatever you put in it. Ask us about current condition before buying, since each barrel differs.
