Fabio Leonardi's tomato machines are a wonderful addition to every kitchen. But to keep the passata making session a stress-free and clean experience, you need a splash guard. From the dropdown choose the right size based on your machine. Every splash guard is made from stainless steel and is carefully designed to stop hot liquid spray from escaping the auger and screen during tomato milling. The guard slides over the auger and screen providing a tight fit shield.
