Dry malt extract is made from natural, vacuum-dried, liquid barley malt. It is GMO free origin product MADE from EUROPEAN malted BARLEY Guaranteed according to EU- Regulatives and Swiss Food legislation.



Thanks to the lower temperatures associated with vacuum drying, the heat-sensitive constituents are largely retained.It is more stable than liquid malt extract, making it an indispensable brewing ingredient you should always have on hand. Being more stable, it retains a positive light colour balance without darkening with age.
Ideal for use as a yeast starter liquid base.
