A lifting assembly with a ratchet pulley for raising a tank lid or a grain basket. The ratchet holds the load where you leave it, so you are not fighting the weight while trying to get a hand free. The Create+ Boiler 25 L is the recommended boiler base for use with the Create+ T500 Column & Condenser and the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser. With a maximum capacity of 25 litres, the Boiler 25 L is designed for distillers seeking precise control and versatile functionality.

It features dual element control switches to provide more control during distillation. The Boiler 25 L comes complete with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 threaded adapter, allowing for connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, so your customers can experiment with different setups and attachments.

Dual element control switches provide more control during distillation - when both switches are in the ON position, the element will be supplied full power of 2200W (1600 if using a US/CA unit). When one switch is in the OFF position, it will only consume 1100W (or 1100W/500W if using a US/CA unit) of power.

The Create+ Voltage Controller allows for better control of cuts during a spirit run. Reducing the heat input using the voltage controller will allow for a slower controlled distillation; this makes it easier to distinguish between heads, hearts and tails. Especially useful during pot distillation or vapour infusion spirit runs.

It also allows for the ability to then increase heat input as the distillate output slows towards the end of a run. This is especially useful towards the end of a pot distillation run during the ‘tails’ of a spirit run.

A red snap tap from Still Spirits, supplied without a backing nut. Snap action, so it opens and shuts with one hand while the other holds the glass. Worth noting that the backing nut is not included, so reuse the one you have or order it separately. Check the tap matches the fitting on your vessel before you order.

A stainless steel flat disc from Pure Distilling, sold as their smell eliminator. Stainless, so it washes up properly and goes back into service without holding anything from last time. Sold as a single replacement disc. Confirm the disc suits the Pure Distilling unit you are running before ordering, and we will check it with you if you are unsure.

A Pure Distilling push tap for the Smart Filter, supplied with a 12mm shank and nuts. Straightforward swap when the original drips or the thread has had enough. Press to pour, release to stop. A handy 2 inch sightglass adaptor kit that adds a bit of height and a lot of quality to your pot or reflux condenser. The brass adaptor fits straight onto the boiler lid, and it doubles as a way to run the reflux gin basket in your pot for bigger batches. An all copper proofing parrot with a built in water cooling coil, so you can read your spirit's strength in real time as it runs. By cooling the spirit right at the point of measurement, you get true ABV readings, cleaner cuts and better consistency from one batch to the next. It comes with the hoses, connectors and a mounting perch, and it is proudly made and designed in Australia.

The copper condenser reflux arm from Pure Distilling. Copper is used through the vapour path for good reason, and the reflux arm is the section where vapour condenses and returns.
