Baesso presses are traditional hand-operated cylindrical presses. Presses are produced by a company with a centenary history; that means experience and skills handed down through many generations. This type of press, with its long-lasting history, is very popular among customers

This model features a 15 x 25 cm beechwood basket and an enamel-coated frame.

The principle of operation is very easy. It is needed to fill the press’s cage with crushed apples or pears. The pressing plate exerts pressure on the fruit mass and the juice leaks from the cage to the tray and from the tray to the collection vessel.

Presses are produced of high-quality materials: the cage is made of beechwood, the pressing plate and removable tray are constructed in stainless steel.

We offer you three different sizes of Baesso T bar presses. We hope you find suitable one!

This is the biggest available pneumatic press in Grifo’s range. Made for the cold pressing of fruits like grapes, apples, pomegranates and berries, but also suitable for some vegetables, it allows to easily and quickly obtain must, ciders, and more.
This press can process 40 Lt of product, with a 25 Lt air compressor with an operating pressure of 3 bar. Effortlessly, the air fills a natural and foof grade rubber sheet, which swells and presses the fruit against the wall, keeping all the nutritional, antioxidants and physical properties intact.

The cage is entirely made of stainless steel, while the lid and the base are made of strong aluminum. The pressure set is kept in check by a safety valve calibrated to 3 bar.

Hydraulic Press with a stainless steel cage and painted metal base. This press with water bladder presses are top of the line, with quality manufacturing and attractive features. Water bladder presses are easy to use, they get better juice extraction than ratchet style presses, and are more gentle on the fruit.
