Imperia manual pasta machine comes with a duplex attachment allowing you to cut both tagliatelle and fettuccine. Producing sheets as wide as 150mm and with a choice of six different thicknesses, the chrome-plated machine is incredibly sturdy and built to last. The wooden handle is comfortable to hold and can be operated with a minimum of effort.

An optional motor can be attached to it to convert it on an electric machine. Also, a ravioli tray attachment is available to offer a different choice of pasta shapes.
