This Fresh Ox Bung Casing is a natural beef casing that has been cleaned and packed in a salt cake to keep it fresh and preserved for a number of months before use.

These casings are top quality animal products, locally processed and have a mild fragrance that won’t smell up your fridge. These casings are ideal for large sized sausages or salami such as capocollo, head cheese, mortadella or similar sized meat products.
