Tijuana Mexican Lager Fresh Wort Kit

These fresh wort kits are made in house on a Speidel 500L Braumeister Brewery. As with all of our kits it is all grain and brewed true to style.
NOTE: They kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water to dilute. Yeast not included.

Tijuana Mexican Lager is your south of the border fun that’s the perfect companion poolside, beachside or anywhere that the good times are rolling. You know this beer the second you taste it. With a lime or lemon wedge the flavour will instantly transport you to place where time runs a bit slower, the weather is a bit warmer and the vibe is perfect-o. Crisp and refreshing with ultra low bitterness, serve Tijuana extra cold.

Bright golden colour with a mild flavour that refreshes and entices. Smooth, balanced with a dry finish.

Tijuana Mexican Lager is great year round. A real crowd pleaser, this beer will have you saying Uno Mas! (one more) and is best enjoyed with grilled foods, spicy dishes, chips and salsa or just enjoy on its own at the fiesta it makes whenever you take a sip. Dry Hopping is not recommended. Keep it simple.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.045 with 3 litres of water added.

Bitterness: 20 IBU’s using Motueka and Saaz hops.
Malts: Ale, Carapils, Flaked Corn

Bluestone Tijuana, MJ Bohemian Lager or W34/70
