SupPorter Session Porter - Artisan Ale FWK

These wort kits are made in house on a Speidel 500L Braumeister Brewery, they are all grain and brewed true to style. They are especially suited to time poor brewers or those who simply want an excellent beer with a minimum of effort.

NOTE: These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water to the fermentation to achieve the ideal balance, you may if you wish, not add the extra water for a richer, higher gravity version.

Yeast not included.

We’ve named our new low alcohol Porter Fresh Wort Kit after our favourite recently departed homebrew dog Holly.
Designed as a Session Ale for those long cold winter nights.

Joe White Ale is a great malty base. Roast malt and crystal add some dark malty goodness.
Dark Munich adds toasty notes and some body helpful in this style.
End of boil classic English Fuggles hops round off the flavour.

Approximate cube volume: 16.5L
Starting Gravity: 1.038 undiluted, 1.032 with 3 litres of water added

Bitterness: 22 IBU’s.
Grist make up: Joe White Ale 68%, Best’s Dark Munich 15%, Joe White Chocolate 7%, Joe Whte Roast Malt 5%, Joe White Crystal 5%.
Late hops: Fuggles 1.5g/L.
