NBC - Session Pale Ale Fresh Wort Kit - 15 L

A super drinkable pale ale with low bitterness with a really clean and refreshing flavour. Neighbourhood Brewing Co. have used a subtle boil addition of Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops to create an easy drinking go to beer. Expect hints of mango and pine with tropical aromas. This beer can be lightly dry hopped for a lower aroma and flavour, although we recommend a double dry hop. 

Brewing Instructions

• Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.  
• Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.  
• Aerate, pitch Mangrove Jack's M44 U.S. West Coast Ale yeast and Yeast Nutrient. 
• Dry  hop with 50g Galaxy hops  and 15 g Nelson Sauvin finishing hops on day 7.  
• Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
