Fabio Leonardi’s MR0 is ideal for the home professional.

This machine comes with a #12 mincing attachment that minces at 100-150 kgs meat per hour. The body and auger of the mincing attachment are made from cast steel with a niploy coating. Niploy coating is a metal treatment far superior to tin or other treatments, resulting in industry leading corrosion resistance.

Equipped with a large Stainless steel feed tray, and stainless-steel mincing blade and plate (10mm stainless steel mincing plate as standard, please specify in notes if you require a different size).

This heavy-duty direct drive motor has a 0.5hp motor, running at 110 revolutions per minute. There are steel driving gears and permanent grease lubrication, making for a strong and reliable motor, and little to no maintenance required.

There is also an option to add a SP3 Passata Sauce attachment to this machine, utilising the same motor.

Instructions for use:

Never run your machine dry. Always be sure to have meat in the hopper before turning the unit on. After each use you want to disassemble the machine parts and wash them thoroughly with water and a mild noncorrosive detergent. Once all parts are clean dry any remaining moisture from all parts. Refer to the instruction manual for further cleaning and maintenance information.
