Once you have the pasta dough ready, roll it out into 2 thin slices. Dust the tray with flour and place the first slice of dough on it. Then press it slightly and fill the cavities with the ravioli filling. Then place the second slice of dough on top, remove the excess and roll over the dough with the rolling pin.
