Fabio Leonardi’s MR7 Stainless Steel is ideal for the home professional, farms or commercial use in cafes and restaurants.

The body and auger of the mincing attachment are made from cast steel with a niploy coating. Niploy coating is a metal treatment far superior to tin or other treatments, resulting in industry leading corrosion resistance.

There is also an option to add a SP5 Passata Sauce attachment to this machine, utilising the same motor.

Instructions for use:

Never run your machine dry. Always be sure to have meat in the hopper before turning the unit on. After each use you want to disassemble the machine parts and wash them thoroughly with water and a mild noncorrosive detergent. Once all parts are clean dry any remaining moisture from all parts. Refer to the instruction manual for further cleaning and maintenance information.
