Operation:

1. Cut meat into small cubes or strips.
2. Place meat in the feed tray and push towards the screw feeder.
3. The feeder pushes the meat to the knife and through the grinder.
4. Collect minced meat.
5. Clean the parts with mild detergent, and lubricate the drive unit (instructions included).
