Can be used manually by hand crank which is included in the box contents and can be removed after use. The machine is securely mounted to a table edge using a table clamp.
Two different types of gnocchis can be made here: Cavatelli or Sardine Gnocchetti. You need a long dough strand which you can then turn through the moulding plastic rollers. Thanks to the crank movement, a wing wheel rotates – the gnocchis are shaped and cut off. High quality and workmanship, made in Italy.
Easy to clean: just wipe the casing with a damp cloth (without washing up liquid) and wipe out the dough residue with a brush (Not dishwasher safe).
