The body built on stainless steel allows this Crusher Destemmer to be more hygienic and durable. Some batches come with stainless steel circle polish others come with stainless steel polish. The quality is the same just the finish varies.
You can remove the destemming screen for cleaning propose or replace it with another with different diameter holes.
