Your cheese will be authentic and full of flavour as this kit contains genuine cheese making culture. It also includes a cheese press with pressure gauge to make pressing hard cheeses easy. The mesophilic culture has a shelf life of 10 months. However, always store cultures in the freezer in order to prolong the life.
