Description
Simply mix the seasoning with your choice of mince (you can vary the type of meat between Pork, Beef, Chicken etc), fill the supplied casings, allow the flavour to infuse with the meat overnight and then dry in your oven or smoker. You only need to make as much as you want at one time.
Will process approximately 13.5kgs of meat. Once complete you will need to store these in your refrigerator as these sticks are just like a Twiggy stick that you pay a lot more for at your supermarket.
