How long does the brewing process take?
The brewing process typically takes around 3-6 weeks, including fermentation and conditioning stages. The exact time depends on the beer style and fermentation conditions.
What is the difference between ale and lager?
Ales are typically fermented at warmer temperatures (around 15-24°C) using top-fermenting yeast strains, resulting in ales with diverse flavours and aromas. Lagers are fermented at cooler temperatures (around 7-13°C) using bottom-fermenting yeast strains, resulting in clean and crisp beers.

How do I see the product for the different sizes or models, there’s only one product?
To see what models, sizes and accompanying prices there are, simply click on the product you would like to check, select the drop down next to the product image, select a size/model and the price below will change accordingly.

What is the delivery time on an order?

Orders for in stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business day, and are typically received 1-5 days after dispatch. All orders are sent from our Melbourne warehouse and you will receive a tracking email once the order has been dispatched. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas please allow a few extra days for delivery. Please also consider that certain periods of the year are seasonably busy and deliveries may be delayed slightly longer at these times. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped your invoice will be updated with all of the tracking information that you need to see where your goods are in transit. This is automatically emailed to you the day it leaves our warehouse.
