Included with the FLB mincer package:

- Mincer attachment: This includes body, stainless steel knife, stainless steel 6mm hole mincing plate, worm, tray, and plunger.

Operation:
- Cut the meat into small cubes/strips
- Place the meat in the tray at the top and push down towards the screw feeder
- The screw feeder pushes the meat towards the knife and through the grinder
- Collect your minced meat
- When done wash with mild detergent. The only maintenance is lubricating the drive unit, instructions for this are included with the machine.
The motor has one year limited warranty.
Also available we have various sizes of mincer plates to suit the mincer attachment, the following is a guide as to their various uses:
- 4.5mm – Hamburgers, bologna, hot dogs, and jerky.
- 6mm (included) – Use for coarse hamburger and regular sausages (Polish, German, Breakfast)
- 8mm – Coarse sausages (Summer, Salami, Pepperoni, Snack Sticks)
- 10mm – Any first grind, Chile, Chorizo, Linguisa
- 14mm – Any first grind, coarse chili or stew
