Smoking Wood Chip – Oak

Oak wood chips have a good smoke on their own, but they’re even better when mixed with sweeter woods. Brisket, beef, and venison are all good choices. Depending on the species and relative wood density, each 3L bag contains approximately 650-900g of wood chips.
