A Salami Pricker is used for fresh and cured sausage making to remove the excess air that is trapped inside your casings. Made from a high quality food grade PVC base that is embedded with stainless steel needles.

These needles are fine and sharp enough to penetrate the casing without causing it to tear, creating a hole large enough to expel the excess air yet small enough to avoid any bacteria or other contaminants to penetrate and infect your meat.
