To roast the chestnuts, heat the roasting pan over medium heat. Add the marked chestnuts in a single layer and cook for around 15 minutes. It can be used on electric, gas or on an open fire. Simply place the chestnuts in the pan. Peel once cool and sit back and enjoy the taste and aromas.
