Make your own delicious and thirst-quenching cider which can be either kegged, bottled or canned. Very high quality. Instructions for both still and sparkling cider included.
Makes 22L
To make hard cider, simply add 1kg of Dextrose. If you prefer a sweet Cider add Lactose powder (dissolve in hot water first) anywhere from 50g to 500g per batch.
