This wheat malt mix gives brews added head, flavour, and body to produce wit or white beers. Contains a mixture of wheat malt, dextrose, and maltodextrin. Use in conjunction with a lager extract. Especially recommended for European brews. Hallertau pelletsare suggested to add balance of aroma.
