Q: What is the delivery time on an order?
A: Orders for in stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business day, and are typically received 1-5 days after dispatch. All orders are sent from our Melbourne warehouse and you will receive a tracking email once the order has been dispatched. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas please allow a few extra days for delivery. Please also consider that certain periods of the year are seasonably busy and deliveries may be delayed slightly longer at these times. Q: How much does it cost for shipping?
A: Please see our shipping policy for approximate shipping costs.
Q: Can I order online and pick it up from the store?
A: Yes! But remember, all our products come from our warehouse to the stores. So, we need time to get your order ready. Once it is ready, we will send you a mail and you can drop in anytime after that to pick up the products.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped your invoice will be updated with all of the tracking information that you need to see where your goods are in transit. This is automatically emailed to you the day it leaves our warehouse.
Q: Having troubles with PayPal Payment process?
A: After select PayPal from the payment information section, please click on "continue" then click on "place order". After this, you will be redirected to PayPal to perform your payment.
Q: How do I know if a product is in stock?
A: All items on our website are in stock, unless stated otherwise.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: Both our stores are OPEN 6 DAYS, Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm and Saturday 9am till 3pm. During Vintage season our stores are opened some Sundays as advertised please contact our store to confirm these hours.
Q: Do you wholesale to other stores?
A: Please contact our store and ask for the commercial sales department.
Q: How long is the warranty on your products?
A: For electrical products, the warranty is 12 months.
