The store layout has introduced some CLEVER floor line-markings to direct customer's movements, whilst providing the appropriate customer distancing as they walk towards the counter and customer service areas. Not to mention regular sanitising of door entrance and common surfaces to make your shopping experience safer. During this period, it would assist our staff if payments could be made via Credit card pay pass, to limit the issue relating to cash handling!

In the event, the government developments of Covid-19 require our stores to restrict access to the public, rest assured our warehouse and sales team will continue to operate in back-office mode quickly picking any online or phone orders from 9-5 pm.

As we are OPEN now and moving towards a COVID-normal, we are using the QR technology developed by governemnet that will play a role in maintaining safe public environments and the response in containing future outbreaks.
We ask all our customers to register their entry before walking in to the stores. If you need any information on how to do, please ask our Amazing staff to help you with your registration.

** Orders can be placed via our website https://bit.ly/Artisans_home. At checkout, select your local pickup store and complete your purchase.
** Orders via Phone can be placed by calling our staff and pay over the phone. Please leave us a message if we missed your call and we'll call you back ASAP.
** Orders Via Email. Please write to us with your details and products or product link and our staff will call you and process payment and your order.
